Expanded Access
An ACHS provider is on call 24/7 for emergencies. For matters such as refills, test results, and all other concerns please call the office during regular business hours. All our fives sites are open Monday – Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM. All patients of ACHS have access to additional hours at ACHS Franconia, Tuesdays 8:00AM–6:00PM.
Access to Professional Interpreters
ACHS provides 24/7/365 access to professional interpreters through Certified Languages International, Over-the-Phone Interpretation (OPI) services. This helps make sure that all patients get the best care possible, no matter what language they speak. Language support is important so everyone can understand their care and feel comfortable.
