ACHS – Warren
Warren, New Hampshire, is a hidden gem nestled in the heart of the White Mountains. The quaint village center exudes a timeless appeal, with historic buildings and a warm, welcoming community. Warren invites those seeking respite from the hustle and bustle of modern life to experience its peaceful ambiance and the simple pleasures that come with a close-knit, nature-inspired way of living. The Mount Moosilauke Health Center, situated in the quaint town of Warren within a historic train station, has been the cornerstone of healthcare for the rural community since 1957. After merging with Ammonoosuc Community Health Services, the health center became a Federally Qualified Health Center in 1994. In 2011, the center received an American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Capital Improvement Program (CIP) grant of $300,000, which allowed for extensive improvements and expansions, including increasing the number of exam rooms and enhancing energy efficiency. Today, Dr. Caitlin O’Donnell, Elizabeth Newton, APRN, Judith Santy LICSW, and their support team continue to provide the community with high-quality care.
