Hospice & Palliative Care
These challenges may be of a physical, emotional, or spiritual nature.
Hospice cares for the whole person supporting them with skilled nursing, family support, bereavement and grief support.
Palliative care is specialized medical care for those with serious illnesses and focuses on providing patients relief from the symptoms, pain, and stress of a serious illness. Improving the quality of life for both the patient and the family is the goal of palliative care. It is appropriate at any age and at any stage in a serious illness and can be provided along with curative treatment.
