ACHS, a non-profit Federally Qualified Community Health Center established in 1975, operates in five sites in Northern New Hampshire. They provide affordable and high-quality healthcare to over 10,000 patients in more than 26 towns, offering integrated health services to families, including Medical, and Behavioral health. ACHS serves everyone and does not deny services based on inability to pay. This health center receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Services (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals. ACHS welcomes feedback from patients and can be contacted through their website or Facebook.
As a non-profit (501-c), in addition to state and national funding, ACHS relies on support from the community and individual donors. You can make a difference in the lives of your friends and neighbors by supporting programs and services which directly impact their lives. Donating is secure and easy.
